Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of zobo.co.in and to services provided by Zobo (“Zobo”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Zobo provides consulting and execution services for product and D2C brands, which may include strategy, branding, packaging design, trademark and licence filing support, manufacturer sourcing, testing coordination, vendor and marketplace registration, website development, and marketing. The exact services, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement (the “Scope”). If the Scope conflicts with these terms, the Scope applies.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information and documents on time
  • Review and approve drafts, artwork and filings within agreed timelines
  • Make sure you have the right to use any content, marks or materials you give us
  • Ensure your products are lawful and that final claims, labels and product quality remain your responsibility

3. Government approvals and third parties

We prepare and file applications carefully, but decisions and timelines of government authorities, regulators, trademark offices, marketplaces, payment providers, laboratories and other third parties are outside our control. We do not guarantee any approval, registration, listing or timeline. Government fees, laboratory charges and other third-party costs are payable by you unless the Scope says otherwise.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees are as stated in the Scope and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days unless the Scope says otherwise.
  • We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

5. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed Scope, extra revision rounds or changes after approval may be charged separately. We’ll tell you before starting any chargeable extra work.

6. Intellectual property

  • On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for you (such as your logo, packaging artwork and website content) transfers to you.
  • Trademarks, domains, seller accounts and ad accounts are registered in your name.
  • We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and unused concepts.
  • Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and on platforms like Behance after it’s publicly launched.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential business information private and use it only to deliver our services. We’re happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

8. Website content

Articles and resources on our website, including our blog, are for general information only and are not legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice. Rules change; always confirm current requirements for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 3 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the Scope. If it’s not specified, either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. You’ll pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the “last updated” date.
